Set in the '40s, during the Japanese occupation of South Korea. The story follows Jung So-Yool, who is a gisaeng and dreams of becoming the best singer, Seo Yeon-Hee, who is also a gisaeng and So-Yool's best friend and top songwriter/producer Kim Yoon-Woo.
